Church Photo Directory Scheduling & Information

All Sacred Heart Parishioners are invited to participate in our upcoming professional photography session for the new Parish Directory. 


When: Thursday through Saturday, February 21, 22, 23 and Friday and Saturday, March 1-2 (weekday appointments are available 2-9pm and weekend appointments are a available 10am-5pm)

Where: Sacred Heart Catholic Center

Who: All Sacred Heart Parishioners/Families

Why: To update the 2015 Parish photo directory/contact information.


Note: When initially announced, Thursday, February 28, was an available date, but had to be removed due to a schedule conflict in the Catholic Center. If we fill all available slots on the days we have, we will work to add another date. We apologize for any confusion, as this date has been printed in the bulletin.  

Please click the button below to schedule your session through the online Lifetouch system. While we prefer parish families to schedule online, we will offer scheduling after Saturday/Sunday Masses. 

What to Expect When You Register Online

To schedule your photography session, follow these steps:

1. Select number in your group (larger families may require more time).

2. Select day. A calendar will show the month/days of our photography sessions. 

3. Select photography session time. A list of available session times will be displayed. You will then be prompted to register for your photography session. 

Free Portrait, Directory & Mobile App Access

Each family that is photographed will receive one free 8X10 portrait of their choosing and a printed directory. Additionally, parish members will receive free access to a mobile directory (app) which will give each parishioner/parish family the ability to provide up-to-date contact information (multiple phones, email and address). The directory is password protected and each parishioners may choose to opt in/out and determine what contact information is shown to parishioners using the app.

Submitted Photos

While we prefer parish families make every effort to be photographed on one of the available days, we understand circumstances may prevent this from occurring. Contact Melissa Albertson (see information above) if you must submit a photograph of your family, for specific details/instructions.

About Your Photography Session

Plan on an hour for your professional photography session. This time frame includes arriving a few minutes early, checking in and filling out your contact form, and taking and reviewing your photographs. Sacred Heart images will be taken on a blue background. Click here to see a sample of this blue background. Keep in mind when planning your photo session attire, solid colors and subtle, coordinating patterns are the best choice for timeless photographs.

Photography Pricing & Discounts

No purchase is necessary to have your family photographed and all families receive a free 8X10 portrait of their choosing. However, should you wish to purchase pictures, click here to review the Lifetouch price sheet. Additionally, all participants will receive a $10 discount on any purchases. Military Service and First Responders receive an additional 20% discount as do Seniors. Click here for details.
